PICK UP INSTORE

1. Shop from our full online range, add items to your cart and proceed to check out.  

2. Choose PICK INSTORE FYSHWICK as your delivery option and finalise your purchase

3. Please wait to be contacted before coming into the store, you will receive a text or phone call to confirm your items are ready for collection. This will generally be within 24hours if the item is IN STOCK.

4. Bring your order details and a valid photo ID into the store to collect your items.

 

Standard Shipping Australia Wide! $12.00

We offer Flat Rate Shipping Australia Wide. Regardless of how many items your order, you will never pay more than $12 shipping per order.  

Order Tracking

You will receive an email to track your order when it is shipped from our warehouse. Your email will contain a Tracking ID Number and a link so that you can check the delivery status of your order online.

Signing For Delivery Of Your Order

When your order is delivered it may require your signature. If you are not at home when your order arrives, a calling card will be left. You will be required to pick up your parcel at a designated parcel collection.

Changing Your Shipping Address

Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not left the Workin' Gear warehouse. To change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible on 02 6280 5885 or shop@workingear.com.au stating your order number and new shipping address.

Public Holidays & Weekends

We do not ship orders on ACT Public Holidays or weekends, We may also be closed on public holidays.

Our website does not have a live stock count. If an item you have ordered is not in stock, you will be notified via email. Please check your spam and junk box if you haven't been receiving our emails.
