2. Choose PICK UP SOUTHSIDE (FYSHWICK) as your delivery option and finalise your purchase

3. Please wait to be contacted before coming into the store, you will receive a text or phone call to confirm your items are ready for collection. This will generally be within 24hours if the item is IN STOCK.

4. Bring your order details and a valid photo ID into the store to collect your items.

Standard Shipping Australia Wide! $10.00

We offer Flat Rate Shipping Australia Wide. Regardless of how many items your order, you will never pay more than $10 shipping per order.  We use TNT Express  & Australia Post eParcel Service. If we receive your order before 1 pm Monday - Friday AEST, and your item is IN STOCK your order will be shipped the same day. Please allow delivery time thereafter.

Delivery Times

You can expect delivery within 10-14 working days from date of order.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email to track your order when it is shipped from our warehouse. Your email will contain a Tracking ID Number and a link so that you can check the delivery status of your order online with Australia Post. 

Signing For Delivery Of Your Order

When your order is delivered it may require your signature. If you are not at home when your order arrives, a calling card will be left. You will be required to pick up your parcel at a designated Australia Post Shop.

Changing Your Shipping Address

Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not left the Workin' Gear warehouse. To change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible on 02 6280 5885 or stating your order number and new shipping address.

Public Holidays

We do not ship orders on ACT Public Holidays, We may also be closed on public holidays.
